Fun Times
We took the girls to Freestone Park, and had some good family fun. We rode the train & watched the girls have fun on various rides. Tay & Jer brought their bikes, and the girls fed the ducks. Good times & perfect weather.

What a painful picture of Jer & I =) At least we're both looking at the camera .. lol

Macy was a little bit nervous at the start of this ride, but I strapped that seatbelt on her sooo tight =) This was probably Macy's favorite ride, while I think the ferris wheel was Tay's favorite.

This picture cracks me up. I think Yo Gabba Gabba is like THE gayest show ever; however, my girls think it's funny & they love doing the dances.

Goofy Macy
I have to say, that I always feel guilty when I take individual pictures of Macy, since Taylor takes such great offense to that. However, I got over it, and took a couple while Taylor was at school. She is a doll. I love her. She's got quite the personality. She loves to talk and knows a ton of words, but we're still working on enunciation.

We Love Long Weekends!
The girls started off their Labor Day holiday by having breakfast on the patio.
Jer & I decided to take the girls to watch Under The Sea 3D movie at Arizona Mills Mall. We grabbed some lunch at Garcia's (food was okay, not the best) & enjoyed the movie afterwards. It was Taylor & Macy's 1st 3D movie. Taylor thought it was really cool. I held Macy's glasses on her face for like 10 minutes, and then she was done with them. The show was only 40 minutes, (thank goodness!), since Macy was done with sitting quietly after 30 minutes. I kept whispering to Macy, "Sit still. Quit moving." Yeah right. She thought it was funny, and then pretended to whisper back in my ear. Little Macy. It was a fun family activity.
When big sister is at school ...
Macy gets into everything that's not her's. She even likes to take naps in her big sister's room.
When big sister gets home, she's so excited to play with little mei-mei. However, she's exhausted and crashes most of the time (not because she wants to, but because I make her!) P.S. Yes, that's her little "Pooh Pooh Pillow" she still has to have when she goes to bed. Funny thing is, Macy has one too now.

Journal Entry
My girls are getting so big. I love them. They're so funny.
Macy:
-She said her 1st prayer in Nursery today. Actually, it wasn't really her turn, but the little boy who was supposed to say the prayer was running around, and Macy just started repeating the teacher's promptings for the closing prayer. It was adorable. Macy loves saying prayers.
-She is such a little cuddlebug.
-She loves playing puzzles and knocking over blocks.
-She adores princess dress-up shoes. Well, she loves shoes in general, and it doesn't matter if it's her's.
-She is a fabulous eater. (rice, noodles, chicken, pineapples, strawberries, bananas, eggs, ice-cream, cereal...pretty much everything)
-She loves talking on the phone. Everytime I talk on the phone with my parents/sister, she'll cry for a turn, and then talk for a while. I love it.
-She's very sensitive. It makes me sad to get her in trouble, even if she has been naughty. She just lays her head on my shoulder and cries. Sweet girl.
-She randomly goes to the potty. It's pretty much my fault, since I've been so inconsistent. She did super good today! Yay Macy!
-She knows her 1,2, 3's.... and abc's....not really because I've spent the time to teach her, but I think it's because she listens to Taylor and the Leap Frog magnet she likes to play with.
Taylor:
-She is an extremely smart, inquisitive and observative girl. She can read & write quite well for a 4 year old. She talks a lot and she asks great questions.
-She loves to sing and dance. I'm always impressed at how quickly she learns a song (from church or school).
-She is very helpful around the house, especially with Macy.
-She LOVES pink (pinkish-redish).
-She adores her baby sister, and is also super friendly to her friends' baby brothers/sisters. I love that because sometimes her friends don't particularly want to play with Macy, so it makes me happy that she's nice to her friends' siblings.
-She's very particular about the way she wants her hair or the clothes she wears. This is sometimes frustrating for us, but apparently, she's very "high-fashion". She's cried over wearing yellow or blue, since she doesn't think they're "girl" colors. She loves long hair, but hates to have hair in her face. Very opiniated. She's also cried when I put her hair in 2 buns/knots on either side of her head (like Ni-Hao Kai Lan).
-She is a fabulous eater. She loves fruits & vegetables, as well as junk food. She loves tofu like me =) I love taking her to eat Chinese/Asian food.
